Breton and Norman gastronomy:
The famous Kouign-Amann (cake with butter), the "galettes" and "crêpes", the andouille of Guéméné, the caramel with salted butter, the cotriade (Breton bouillabaisse), the kig-ha-farz... Not to mention high-quality market garden produces such as Plougastel strawberries, Roscoff onions. All these are gourmet's delight.
As for Normandy, its gastronomic richness is simply breathtaking. The region concentrates a large number of exceptional tables. There are no other regions offering such a diversity of excellent local farm produces (cheeses, fruits, meat...) and produces from the sea.
