This region is the paradise for gourmets with food specialties known all over the world such as the Périgord truffles, foie gras, Toulouse cassoulet, goose or duck confits, and great wines. The pleasures of the table are endless... a sausage of Toulouse simply roasted, squids the ink tasted in the port of Bayonne, a dish of lamprey in Bordeaux, the sublime caviar of Gironde or even more confidential, some raw grains of Moissac grapes.
